Job Description-

The  role  is about leading Insights and Knowledge domain and deliver to the organization and enable critical business & investment decisions &GTM agenda for the organization.

The expectations from the incumbent is to bring in Advanced Skills on BI Tools, Power BI, Advance Excel tools like VB , SQL  , understanding FMCG Sales processes and systems , strong Sales Analytics background in terms of tools understanding and hands on experience , coordination skills with key stakeholders

Responsibilities-

•         Responsible for Business Analytics required by Commercial Leadership
•         Generating business insights basis Business understanding and data
•          Strong ability to mine/collate, understand, analyze and prioritize business requirements truly enabling IT as a gateway to better sales efficiencies
•          Team Management - Leading/liaising with a team of resources involved in owning execution of sales IT systems in the region, MIS resources engaged on execution of business analytics
•         Develop connect with Sales Leadership in HO and regions to deliver key Sales KPIs
•         Closely work with HUL team on Sales integration

      *Experience with a FMCG company in sales analysis is a must
