Job Description:

1. Take complete ownership to grow the channel from budgeting, planning to execution and analytical insight
2. Responsible for popularising the channel and increasing subscribers organically
3. Drive maximum views on each video
4. Idealise, produce, direct, shoot and edit each video for the company channel
5. Collaborate with personalities from health & fitness industry to create fresh digital content
6. Drive quality partnership with other channels/vlogers
7. Ensure rich engagement of the viewers
8. Ensure the content is copy write proof and does not violate any policy
9. Responsible for analytics management of the channel
10. Closely work with marketing head and provide analytical insights
11. Use SEO/SMM tools and learning to grow the channel organically
12. Drive Audio-Visual campaigns via YouTube
13. Should be able to harness moment marketing via YouTube
14. Closely work with Digital Marketing & Creative team (Content, Design and video editing) to create AV content

Required Candidate profile

• Should have proven track record of brining channel subscription from less than 5 digit figure to at least 7 digit figure
• Must have worked with start up
• Must have understanding of SEO/SMM in regards to YouTube
• Must have experience into end to end management of the channel
• Must have excellent negotiation skills with good network in the content creation industry
• Should understand consumer behaviour with regards to audio-video content consumption
• Should be well versed with changes in trends and should be adaptive to those changes
• Must have quality experience into handling YouTube channel
