Job Description
- · Lead an entrepreneurial life and grow a brand from a very small size to a big brand
- · Disrupt a traditional centre-led industry with Inside Sales
- · Create a strong inside sales channel and Drive the inside sales for the company
- · Build, manage and grow a team of energetic salespeople & Increase overall conversion% for the company
- · Set sales protocols and inculcate data-driven approach
- · Ensure that individual and the inside sales targets are met by the team
- · Responsible to manage, nurture and drive a team
- · Responsible to help company shift from feet-on-street model to inside sales
- · Report to Founders for strategic decisions to optimize leads and increase sales
- · Conduct regular review of all inside sales reps' performance and organize training sessions for under-performers
- · Conduct the training for the inside sales rep
- · Nurture the leads at every stage until it's closed
- · Prepare periodic reports and present to the management
- · Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- · Monitor all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered
- · Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- · Motivate team members & Oversee day-to-day operation
- · Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- · Understand all organizations products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members
- · Working close to team target to meet the organization deliverables and success
- · Maintain the due diligence reports to ensure client data is secured
- · Should add value to sales strategy and ideas
Candidate's profile:
- · Any graduation but MBA from tier I or II will be preferred
- · Must have 4-10 yrs experience in heading the inside sales department
- · Must have excellent spoken and written communication
- · Excellent command over sales and lead management
- · Strong analytical skills
- · Should be a quick and effective decision maker with proven record of successful decision making
