Job description

• -Take complete ownership for developing, managing and training for the inside sales department
• -Responsible for induction & orientation for new joiners, refresher training, soft skills training, sales training, product training & process training.
• -Responsible to train tele/online sales team for effective sales pitch. Listen and monitor the call logs with clients to understand training needs for online sales team
• -Prepare the training module & training calendar
• -Understand business model and devise the training plan accordingly 
• -Prepare effective training content and module as per business needs
• -Conduct the evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of the training
• -Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
• -Ensure the financial objectives of the training are met
• -Conduct periodic training need analysis
• -Responsible for sales training
• -Responsible for the performance of the new joiners for the first 30 meetings

Required Candidate profile:

• MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
• Excellent communication
• Must have experience into training online sales/telesales/inside sales
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferably from the health & wellness industry
