How does it work?

Sign-Up

With a few simple steps a login is created. Once the login is created, candidates looking to find jobs can upload their resume (.doc or .pdf) for free and access the JOBS BOARD (available on the platform) to see some of the openings with potential hirers.

Get Recruit

Apart from the openings displayed on the JOBS BOARD our team will be working round the clock trying to connect candidates with potential employers by networking/snowballing and using personal connects.

COMPANY

Sign-in

Once the login is created, Companies can directly post jobs and access the CANDIDATE DASHBOARD for direct hiring.

Post Jobs

Any number of job posting can be done without any charge.

Bulk Upload

Companies can also bulk upload candidate details (in case of a layoff) by sending their details in a folder to the email ID – collective@itaap.in
